What more could you ask for – fast, friendly and reasonably priced.
My sons PS4 was not updating due to fault with blu ray disc drive. Dropped it off in the evening and was ready for collection in full working order before lunch the next day. Thanks again John, highly recommended ??.

I recently handed over my ps4 for a check over due to loud noise and excessive temperatures. Turns out it was an accumulation of dust inside, I received my console back after a couple of days despite it being a busy time. My console now runs fine, nice and quiet. Would recommend this service, thanks so much!

Massive thanks to John My son’s PS5 had problems reading the disc and then eventually wouldn’t take it at all. Within a few working hours, John was able diagnose the fault and source a part. Within 2 days, the repair was fully complete and the console returned. Fantastic service. John was extremely efficient and clear in his communications. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if any other console related problems occur in the future.

I found John’s website after doing a quick search for console repairs near me as my sons xbox 1 decided to pack in unexpectedly. After reading the amazing reviews, I decided to give him a call. I told him about the error codes we were getting and he knew straight away what the issue was-it needed – a new hard drive. We took it through to John’s and dropped it off, he kept me up to speed throughout and text me as soon as it was ready for collection. He’s even given it a good clean inside too! Can’t thank John enough, I’ve got a very happy 14 year old! The 90 day guarantee is a huge bonus too! It was also well worth the 30 minute drive to drop it off for repair. Very fair pricing too! Would recommend going here to anyone, called in morning was told exactly what was wrong. Dropped ps4 off around 1 o’clock and playing games again within a few hours. John Really know’s what he’s doing. Very happy.

I ripped my PS4 Pro’s power supply connector from the motherboard and thought it was done for. I dropped off the console the following morning, and had a call around 6 hours later to see it had been reconnected properly to the board and that it was all up and running. Communication was excellent, and John certainly seemed like a nice guy who knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend and i know where ill be going if i have another issue any time in the future.
