However, please note that this warranty does not cover any new accidental damage caused by user mishandling. However, if your hard drive itself is corrupted or failing, i may need to replace it. In this rare instance, i would always contact you first to discuss your options. However, there are rare exceptions to this rule. For instance, if you suspect your specific external power brick or controller is actually the cause of the fault, we will explicitly ask to see it.
