However, for more complex motherboard diagnostics or liquid damage, i typically require 24–48 hours. Ultimately, this slight delay is necessary because we refuse to rush critical work. Consequently, taking this extra time ensures i can deliver a perfect, long-lasting repair that you can rely on. 6-Month Repair Warranty
Naturally, i provide a comprehensive 6-month warranty on all my repairs. Specifically, this extensive cover applies to both the high-quality parts i use and my professional labour. Therefore, if the exact same component fails again within this period through no fault of your own, i will fix it for absolutely free.
However, please note that this warranty does not cover any new accidental damage caused by user mishandling. For instance, issues resulting from physical drops, liquid spills, or power surges are excluded. Ultimately, our primary goal is to give you total peace of mind long after you leave the workshop.

Generally, in 99% of cases, your personal data remains completely safe during our repair process. Specifically, because i specialise in hardware-level fixes—such as replacing broken HDMI ports, disc drives, and charging ports—these repairs do not physically touch your hard drive storage.
However, if your hard drive itself is corrupted or failing, we may need to replace it. In this rare instance, i would always contact you first to discuss your options. Consequently, for the vast majority of standard repairs, your game saves, profiles, and downloads will be right there waiting for you when you get back in the game.
What if you can't fix my console? +

However, please remember that this free check applies only to consoles that remain unopened. Specifically, amateur attempts often leave missing screws or hidden damage that takes longer to assess. Otherwise, if another shop previously attempted a repair, i cannot guarantee the free assessment.

Generally speaking, regarding the vast majority of repairs, i only require the console unit itself. In fact, there is usually no need to burden yourself with heavy power leads, HDMI cables, or wireless controllers.
Fortunately, as a fully equipped professional workshop, i am already stocked with our own test cables and peripherals for every system from PS5 to Xbox Series X. However, there are rare exceptions to this rule. For instance, if you suspect your specific external power brick or controller is actually the cause of the fault, we will explicitly ask to see it. Otherwise, please save yourself the hassle and leave the tangled wires at home. Ultimately, this makes the drop-off process quicker, safer, and easier for everyone.
