However, please note that this warranty does not cover any new accidental damage caused by user mishandling. Generally, in 99% of cases, your personal data remains completely safe during our repair process. Specifically, because i specialise in hardware-level fixes—such as replacing broken HDMI ports, disc drives, and charging ports—these repairs do not physically touch your hard drive storage.

However, if your hard drive itself is corrupted or failing, i may need to replace it. In this rare instance, we would always contact you first to discuss your options.
